Duke Law Courses Contract

Welcome to the official contract for enrollment in Duke Law courses. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below before proceeding with your enrollment.

Contract
Parties This contract is entered into between Duke Law School, hereinafter referred to as “the School,” and the enrolled student, hereinafter referred to as “the Student.”
Term The term of this contract shall commence on the date of enrollment in Duke Law courses and shall continue for the duration of the academic semester or year, as specified in the course schedule.
Course Enrollment The School agrees to provide the Student with access to the selected Duke Law courses, subject to availability and the Student`s fulfillment of all prerequisites and requirements for enrollment.
Tuition Fees The Student agrees to pay all applicable tuition and fees for the enrolled Duke Law courses in accordance with the School`s established payment schedule. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of course access and academic consequences.
Academic Policies The Student acknowledges and agrees to abide by all academic policies and regulations set forth by Duke Law School, including but not limited to attendance requirements, grading standards, and code of conduct.
Termination This contract may be terminated by either party in the event of breach of its terms, upon written notice and opportunity to cure the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
Governing Law This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes arising out of or related to this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Acceptance By enrolling in Duke Law courses, the Student acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this contract.
